You will be part of a highly collaborative engineering team building enterprise-grade AI solutions for global customers. The organisation is passionate about innovation and is developing next-generation AI platforms focused on automation, intelligent workflows, and large-scale AI integration.
As a Senior Generative AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications and intelligent agent solutions using modern cloud technologies. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems using LLMs and cloud-native technologies. You will contribute to the development of AI agents and enterprise AI platforms, helping shape the technical direction of a newly established AI function while working on real-world applications of Generative AI technology.
The Person
- Strong commercial software engineering experience including backend/API development
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, or AI agent technologies
- Experience developing cloud-native applications within Microsoft Azure environments
- Strong understanding of scalable application architecture and integration patterns
- Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working within Agile software development environments
- Passion for AI innovation and emerging technologies
Desirable
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms
- Financial services, insurance, or enterprise software experience
- AI or cloud certifications
- Experience working with automation, governance, and AI security best practices
