You will be part of a highly experienced and collaborative team delivering innovative AI‑driven solutions to enterprise clients across multiple regions. As an AI Engineer, you will work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver AI‑powered solutions. You will develop and maintain large language models (LLMs) and AI agents, integrate them into enterprise systems, and continuously optimise performance, scalability, and security.
The Role:- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain LLMs and AI agents in a cloud-based environment
- Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise platforms
- Monitor and improve model performance, scalability, and security
- Ensure adherence to best practices in AI governance, quality, and responsible use
- Degree in Computing or a related discipline (2:1 or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in software development (including APIs)
- At least 1 year of experience building LLM‑based solutions in a cloud environment
- Experience within financial services, particularly insurance
- Relevant AI certifications (e.g. cloud AI fundamentals or AI engineering)
