About you:

  • Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or operational coordination roles
  • Strong understanding of dispatch, packing, and materials handling processes
  • Experience working with transport providers and managing deliveries
  • Excellent organisation and keen attention to detail
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a practical approach
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods requirements, or willingness to obtain certification

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate the preparation, packing, and dispatch of materials and equipment efficiently
  • Manage dangerous goods compliance and oversee shipment sign-off
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials in line with project schedules
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams on material planning
  • Coordinate logistics for planned maintenance activities across multiple sites
  • Liaise with transport providers to organise domestic and international deliveries
  • Monitor dispatch schedules, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly
  • Keep detailed records of all materials issued, dispatched, and returned
