Key Responsibilities:
- Design, support and improve voice communication systems
- Lead migration and transformation projects involving Cisco or Microsoft Teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice, telephony, and AV infrastructure issues
- Manage and optimise SIP trunking, VoIP, and collaboration platforms across the business
- Develop automation and monitoring solutions to improve operational efficiency and system reliability
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and Direct Routing
- Knowledge of AudioCodes SBCs and cloud-based voice environments
- Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell or Python
- Exposure to enterprise AV, IPTV, or Microsoft Teams Rooms technologies
- Previous experience within large enterprise or financial services environments
