You will work closely with senior lawyers and colleagues across the firm's wider finance practice, advising on a diverse range of transactions, including:
- Securitisation and structured finance
- Real estate finance
- Leveraged finance
- Energy finance
- Project and infrastructure finance
You will also support managed legal services and outsourcing projects, negotiating business-as-usual finance documentation including NDAs, release letters, and related commercial documentation while working as an extension of clients' in-house legal teams. As a senior member of the team, you will build trusted client relationships, oversee matters from instruction through to completion, and contribute to the continued growth of the finance practice.

- Draft, review, and negotiate finance documentation.

You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, Northern Ireland, or another recognised common law jurisdiction (or be willing to complete the requalification process where required). You will also have:
- A minimum of 3 years' PQE in banking and finance.
- Strong experience advising on finance transactions at associate level.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of financial performance within a legal practice.
