We're delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded Belfast law firm that is seeking to appoint a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join its well-established and respected Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor looking to join a firm with an outstanding reputation, a high-quality client base and a supportive working environment. The Role

  • You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients throughout every stage of the transaction.
  • Your work will include:
    • Residential sales, purchases and remortgages
    • Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation
    • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
    • Delivering exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process
    • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
