VANRATH is delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding property company to recruit a Sales Negotiator / Property Manager for their Belfast office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at a pivotal stage of growth following a recent acquisition.
Salary & Benefits:
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary, plus performance-related bonus
- Commission/bonus structure linked to results
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Flexible working available after successful completion of probation

About You:
- At least 1 year of experience in property management, lettings, estate agency, or property sales
- Well-organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident, professional, and able to build positive relationships quickly
- Full UK driving licence essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent service for landlords and tenants
- Manage the full tenancy process, from initial move-in through to check-out
- Handle maintenance issues promptly, liaising with contractors and service providers
- Develop strong relationships through clear, consistent communication
