VANRATH is supporting a respected client in Lisburn in their search for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in high-volume recruitment and experience supporting HR teams, taking responsibility for managing recruitment activities across operational teams.

What you need:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Experience managing high-volume Industrial/Operational recruitment processes.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

What you will do each day:

  • Manage vacancy advertising across online platforms and social media, monitoring campaign performance and spend.
  • Screen applications, coordinate interviews and registrations, and maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, including document verification, right to work validation, and selection assessments.
  • Coordinate start dates and onboarding activities with internal departments to meet operational requirements.
  • Prepare and issue employment documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and confidential data management within HR systems.
  • Produce recruitment reports, analyse trends (including exit data), and provide insights to support workforce planning.
  • Represent the organisation at recruitment events and support initiatives to attract and retain talent.
