VANRATH are delighted to be working with a global technology company to recruit a Payroll Specialist for their growing finance team in Belfast.
What You'll Do
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time across multiple entities
- Support end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring compliance with UK PAYE requirements
- Act as a key contact for payroll queries from employees, managers and HR
- Support international transfers and relocations, ensuring correct payroll treatment
- Maintain accurate employee data and liaise with outsourced payroll providers
- Assist with reporting, system updates and payroll-related projects
About You
- Proven experience running large or complex in-house payrolls
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and PAYE
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
- Confident handling complex employee queries
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in financial services or global payroll environments (desirable)
- CIPP qualification (desirable)
