What You'll Do

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time across multiple entities
  • Support end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring compliance with UK PAYE requirements
  • Act as a key contact for payroll queries from employees, managers and HR
  • Support international transfers and relocations, ensuring correct payroll treatment
  • Maintain accurate employee data and liaise with outsourced payroll providers
  • Assist with reporting, system updates and payroll-related projects

About You

  • Proven experience running large or complex in-house payrolls
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and PAYE
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
  • Confident handling complex employee queries
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in financial services or global payroll environments (desirable)
  • CIPP qualification (desirable)
