About you
- Strong end-to-end payroll experience (weekly cycles)
- Purchase Ledger experience with accounting software; comfortable with journal entries and nominal codes
- Excellent Excel skills; high attention to detail; organised and deadline-driven; proactive team player
Desirable: Sage Payroll, CIS knowledge, experience in a construction environment, and NetSuite.
What you'll do
- Lead weekly payroll: gather inputs, process in Sage Payroll, post journals, and manage employee payments
- Support Purchase Ledger: invoice entry/coding, payments, and supplier communications
- Provide cover for month-end: supplier reconciliations and payment runs; general office/admin tasks as required
