We are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded Belfast law firm seeking a Matrimonial Solicitor to join its growing Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in matrimonial and private family law who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive practice renowned for delivering high-quality legal services and exceptional client care.

The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload with a strong focus on matrimonial matters, while also gaining exposure to wider private family law work, including Children Order proceedings. About You

We are keen to speak with solicitors who have experience in matrimonial and private family law and are looking to continue building their career within a well-established and expanding practice. You will ideally have:

  • Experience handling divorce and matrimonial matters
  • Exposure to Children Order proceedings or an interest in developing further in this area
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and case management abilities
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with clients
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach to work
The Role

You will manage a varied caseload with a particular focus on matrimonial matters, advising clients through all stages of their matter from initial instruction through to resolution. Alongside divorce and related family law proceedings, you will also have the opportunity to work on Children Order applications and other private family law matters, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
