Broking Manager Our client is a growing independent commercial insurance brokerage based in Belfast, providing insurance and risk-management solutions to businesses across Northern Ireland and Great Britain.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Senior Broker or Team Leader ready to step into their first management role.

The Role You will lead the broking function, support the wider team and work closely with insurers to secure competitive terms for commercial clients.

Key responsibilities include: Managing commercial insurance placements and renewals.

Building strong relationships with insurers and clients.

Supporting and guiding Account Executives and Brokers.

Advising on placement strategy, programme structure and market conditions.

Attending client and insurer meetings.

Improving internal broking processes and supporting business growth.

The Person Strong commercial insurance experience within broking, underwriting or a client-facing role.

Leadership experience at Senior Broker, Team Leader or Manager level.

Good technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.

Strong insurer and client relationship-management skills.

Cert CII qualified or working towards further qualifications is desirable.
