Salary
- ACA or similar certification preferred
Proven experience in:
- Financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of:
- Accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
Skills:
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Skilled in financial analysis tools and software
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism
What you'll do:
- Oversee all financial accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for senior leadership
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and key financial performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities
- Lead external audits, tax filings, and liaise with auditors and regulators
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis
