The business is continuing to develop its online proposition and is looking for a commercially minded E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to help shape its digital strategy, increase online revenue and deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a hands-on role combining eCommerce management, digital marketing, website optimisation, customer acquisition and digital product development.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business or a related field
  • Around 2 years' experience in an eCommerce and digital marketing role
  • Experience with digital marketing automation software
  • Experience using Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of website publishing and CMS platforms
  • Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns, ideally using Klaviyo
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and relevant optimisation tools
