From an early stage, you'll enjoy meaningful client exposure, take ownership of significant aspects of transactions and play an integral role in delivering commercially focused legal advice. The Role

You will advise on a broad range of Corporate and M&A matters, including:

  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Private equity and venture capital investments
  • Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
  • Shareholder agreements and investment arrangements
  • Joint ventures
  • Corporate governance and general company law advice
  • Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions

Working closely with colleagues across Banking, Commercial, Employment and Real Estate, you'll deliver commercially focused advice that supports clients' wider business objectives while building strong relationships with clients throughout each transaction. As your experience develops, you'll be encouraged to:

  • Take ownership of increasingly complex transactions
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients
  • Work directly with Partners on strategic and high-value matters
  • Contribute to business development initiatives
  • Mentor junior lawyers and trainees

About You

We're keen to speak with qualified solicitors who:

  • Are qualified in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
  • Have approximately 2-6 years' PQE gained within a Corporate or Commercial team
  • Possess excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Enjoy working closely with clients and developing long-term relationships
  • Are ambitious and looking for a role that offers genuine responsibility and clear progression
