You'll work across a broad range of commercial property matters for an excellent mix of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders and corporate occupiers. The Role You will have the opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, including: Acquisitions and disposals. Landlord and tenant matters. Commercial leasing. Property development and investment. Property aspects of corporate transactions. Asset management. Due diligence and title investigations. Working alongside colleagues across corporate, banking and wider commercial teams. You'll have genuine ownership of your work, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work on increasingly complex matters as your career develops. About You We're keen to hear from qualified Commercial Property Solicitors with experience in commercial property law. You'll ideally have: Solid commercial property experience. Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. A commercially minded and proactive approach. The ability to manage your own workload while working effectively as part of a team. Ambition to develop your career within a growing practice.
