About You
- Proactive with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Personable with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Industry experience of at least 2 years in construction or civil engineering roles
- HND, HNC, or Degree in a relevant field
- IT literate with competent use of CAD and familiarity with CRM systems
- Self-motivated team player with a positive, customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of office procedures and adaptability to new systems
What you'll do
- Read and interpret technical drawings, quantify materials, and prepare outline quotes
- Generate technical proposals, construction drawings, and bespoke details, including BIM
- Support the sales team by responding to enquiries and preparing quotations
- Use design software to undertake engineering designs in alignment with ISO9001 standards
- Maintain and develop customer relationships, promoting company products and solutions
- Provide technical support to construction teams and assist with site visits and presentations
- Contribute to creating technical tools and materials to support business growth
- Collaborate closely with regional engineers and managers to promote continuous improvement
