Job Description My client, a market-leading organisation with a strong presence across the UK and Ireland, is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join their established IT team based in Belfast.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analysing business processes, supporting project delivery, and helping to drive successful adoption of new technologies and systems.
You will act as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
The Person 2-3 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Experience analysing complex business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team.
