About you Minimum of 2 years' eBilling or financial billing experience, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment Experience supporting eBilling implementation, client onboarding, and vendor setup activities Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse data and prepare reports Highly organised, detail-oriented, with problem-solving abilities Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders What you'll do Maintain and administer eBilling platforms, ensuring client profiles, project data, and vendor records are accurate and current Support onboarding of new eBilling clients and vendors, including testing and data validation Review and submit electronic invoices, monitor statuses and resolve issues to ensure timely payments Analyse rejection and reduction trends, working with teams to implement improvements Create reports and dashboards to monitor billing performance and operational efficiency Document client-specific eBilling procedures and requirements Assist with troubleshooting platform issues and contribute to system and process enhancements For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Dan Morgan for a confidential chat today.
