Legal Secretary - Matrimonial We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy law form working in the matrimonial/family law team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the team, with previous experience in matrimonial law essential. Key responsibilities: Providing day-to-day secretarial support to solicitors in the team. Preparing and formatting legal correspondence and documentation. Managing diaries, appointments and client meetings. Opening and maintaining client files and ensuring records are kept up to date. Handling client and third-party telephone enquiries professionally. Assisting with court documentation, bundles and filing deadlines. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. Liaising with courts, barristers and other legal professionals. Key requirements: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a matrimonial/family law team. Good knowledge of matrimonial matters and associated legal terminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines. Professional, confidential and client-focused approach. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
