We're working with a long-established and highly regarded law firm in Newtownards that is continuing to grow its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive with strong litigation experience to join a supportive and busy practice handling a varied caseload of personal injury and road traffic accident matters.
The Role
- Managing your own litigation caseload
- Handling PI and RTA claims from instruction to resolution
- Working closely with solicitors on more complex matters
- Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties
- Drafting legal documentation and progressing files efficiently
About You
- Previous litigation experience essential
- Credit hire experience desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational and client care skills
- Able to manage files independently and work to deadlines
- Proactive and team-oriented approach
