VANRATH is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager to manage and grow a defined territory across parts of County Antrim and County Derry/Londonderry. This is a field-based role focused primarily on developing and nurturing an excellent portfolio of existing accounts, with additional scope to identify new opportunities within the region. The successful candidate will inherit a strong customer base and will play a key role in strengthening long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.

Role Summary

The Business Developer will be responsible for managing customer relationships across the assigned territory, ensuring consistent service delivery, identifying upsell opportunities, and representing the business in a professional and customer-focused manner.
