VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a fantastic Construction & Building based company with the recruitment of a Junior Project Manager. This will be based in the Company's site in Antrim - Permanent Role. The role is based on-site Monday - Friday.
Salary: Fully Negotiable + Benefits Package
Responsibilities:
- Deliver front-line management and supervision of works in line with the Project Manager direction.
- Support the Project Manager with the logistical, technical and commercial management of the project(s) to meet the overall business objectives.
- Support the project team in the design, procurement, construction, delivery, and handover of the project to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Contribute and work to the development and maintenance of a culture of excellent health, safety, and environmental standards across the project and its associated contractors.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of risks that may adversely impact project delivery or airport operations through the project/programme lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively with the Projects Team to deliver the assigned project to defined cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory obligations applicable to this role.
- Positively influence key stakeholders (both internal & external) associated with the project.
- Play an active part in lessons identified process across all projects and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
The Ideal Person:
- Relevant experience in Construction / Building industry.
- Track record of success planning, budgeting, executing and delivering complex projects on time and to budget or experience supporting project team.
