VANRATH is delighted to assist an award-winning, bespoke Visitor & Events Management company in recruiting a Facilities Team Leader for their Belfast site.

Salary: Fully Negotiable (usually £40,000) + other fantastic benefits (top company) & growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

The Facilities Team handles pre-planned maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and project implementation across the company, including a major tourist building in Belfast and an external tourist site.

The main purpose of this role is to support the Facilities Manager and Head of Facilities in daily operations and to assist in managing the Facilities Team. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in Facilities Management.
