Responsibilities:
The Facilities Team are responsible for the pre-planned maintenance (PPM), day-to-day reactive maintenance, and project implementation throughout the company (Major Tourist Building in Belfast & external tourist site)
The key purpose of these roles is to provide support to the Facilities Manager and Head of Facilities with the daily Facilities management operations at Belfast and to support with the management of the Facilities Team to which you are assigned. The role is an ideal opportunity for an individual wishing to take the next step in their career in Facilities Management.
