About your next employer

Our client operates in the social housing/property maintenance sector, providing response repair services and void works to keep properties safe, compliant and tenant-ready. This is a hands-on role working alongside site teams and reporting to the site supervisor, with a strong focus on delivering efficient, cost-effective repairs and a courteous service to both tenants and clients.

About you

  • Time-served joinery or appropriately qualified with demonstrable joinery experience
  • Strong 1st and 2nd fix joinery skills (including ironmongery repairs)
  • Experience with door installations, kitchen fitting/installs, and general joinery maintenance
  • The ability to survey, fault-find, and carry out minor roofing repairs
  • A Valid CSR Card
  • A full driving licence

What you'll do

  • Carry out response repairs and void works, working efficiently to meet property needs
  • Complete joinery tasks such as door fitting/installation, ironmongery repairs and glazing-related work
  • Support tenanted properties and voids with a respectful, customer-focused approach
  • Use appropriate safety equipment and follow site health & safety procedures
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of site documentation, using paper or electronic systems as required
