Role Overview
We are currently recruiting multiple skilled Joiners for a long-term position based in Newtownabbey. This opportunity involves working on a variety of ongoing construction and refurbishment projects across residential and commercial settings.
Joiners will be required to carry out both first and second fix joinery, kitchen fitting, internal finishing, and related carpentry tasks. The successful candidates will be team-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities

First and second fix joinery

Fitting kitchens, doors, skirting, architraves, and other woodwork

Reading and interpreting construction drawings

Working to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times

Representing the company positively on-site
Essential Criteria

Minimum 3 years\’ experience as a Joiner

Trade qualification in Carpentry & Joinery (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

Valid CSR/CSCS card

Good knowledge of tools, materials, and construction processes

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Desirable Criteria

Previous experience in social housing or maintenance contracts

Full driving licence and access to transport

Additional certifications (IPAF, PASMA, etc.)
