These organisations often seek an IT Help Desk Advisor on a long-term temporary contract, with the ambition to make it a permanent position.
The client can range from a small local public sector organisation to a large multi-national tech company. We have a very close relationship with all of our clients and meet them regularly. As an IT Help Desk Advisor, you will provide first line IT Support via inbound calls to the organisation's end users and assist with maintenance and upgrades of their IT Infrastructure.
