The Role
As part of the service delivery team, you'll provide technical support across a varied client base, resolving complex issues and delivering a high standard of customer service. Alongside day-to-day support, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a range of infrastructure and cloud projects, including client onboarding, Microsoft 365 deployments, server implementations and wider IT improvement initiatives.
This role offers a mix of office-based work and visits to client sites, providing plenty of variety and exposure to different environments.

Experience
- Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong background in IT Support - MSP experience desirable
- Confident troubleshooting a range of infrastructure and cloud environments
- Configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment and firewall solutions
- Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure-related issues across Windows environments
