Job Description My client is a well-established Public Sector organisation based in Belfast and is hiring an ICT Business Analyst to join an existing Applications team. This is a varied role working across business analysis, applications, technology change and project delivery, with the opportunity to support and lead projects that improve business processes and digital services. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers to identify requirements, improve processes and deliver technology-led change. As an ICT Business Analyst, you will develop and optimise business processes, gather and document requirements, prepare business cases and support the implementation of new and enhanced systems. You will have the opportunity to work across enterprise applications, CRM, collaboration tools, data and analytics platforms and Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The role will also involve supporting project delivery, managing suppliers, developing implementation plans, coordinating testing and ensuring solutions meet business, security and data governance requirements. You will work across Agile, PRINCE2 and DevOps environments and will have exposure to a broad range of technology and business change initiatives. The Person Experience working as a Business Analyst, ICT Business Analyst, Applications Analyst or similar. Experience identifying business needs and working with multiple stakeholder groups to develop effective solutions. Experience developing, configuring or supporting digital applications and enterprise business systems. Experience with technologies such as CRM, SharePoint, Power BI, analytics, data warehousing, customer portals or Microsoft Power Platform. Ability to document business requirements, technical specifications, business cases, user documentation or knowledge bases. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence users and project decisions. Experience assessing solution risks and prioritising competing business requirements. Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including internal teams and external suppliers. Experience supporting or leading technology projects and system implementations. Knowledge of system integration, dependencies and end-to-end data flows. Experience coordinating system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing. Working knowledge of application security principles. Understanding of data governance, privacy and records management. Experience working within Agile, PRINCE2, DevOps or similar project environments would be advantageous.
