The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly ambitious recruitment or sales professional to join our HR recruitment team. The successful applicant will work on a very warm desk, with strong client and candidate relationships already in place. Within the HR sector, VANRATH has forged strong partnerships with many of Northern Ireland's best-known companies, and we are regularly called upon by hiring managers to fill key HR roles, at middle management and director level, as well as providing larger scale project support for volume hires.

Over the past 5 years, we have built, scaled and supported some of the most highly respected HR teams in the NI market, many of which have picked up multiple awards with the CIPD. VANRATH is also a CIPD Sponsor and Recruitment Partner, with a strong professional partnership formed over the past 5 years.

The Person

Experience

A strong academic profile and 1 - 2 years' recruitment or consultative sales experience, or relevant experience within the industry of human resources.
