What You\’ll Do:
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Data Management: Maintain and update HR records and produce insightful HR reports to guide decision-making.
- Deliver Results: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent.
- Engage Teams: Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to create a positive workplace culture.
- Handle Payroll: Take responsibility for processing weekly payroll accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Lead HR Operations: Manage and support investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes with confidence and professionalism.
- Support Growth: Facilitate induction programs, coordinate training and champion performance management initiatives.
About You:
Essential Skills:
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a generalist role.
- Experience managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Familiarity with disciplinary and grievance meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- A full UK driving license.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience using payroll systems like Sage.
- Knowledge of HR systems such as PAMS.
- Understanding of employment law across NI, Scotland, and ROI.
- A degree in HR Management or a related field.
