Overview
VANRATH are recruiting a temporary BAND 5 Project Support Officer (Health Service) for a role that will run initially for 3 months (with possibility of extension). This role will need an experienced candidate who has a demonstrable track record of providing project management support and carrying out general project admin duties.
Responsibilities
The post holder will provide support to the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), assisting in the delivery of digital projects to time and budget in line with approved standards. The Support Officer will work with key stakeholders for each project and programme within the DHCNI Portfolio as part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Function.
- Assist Portfolio Analysts to collate, monitor, and maintain project information.
- Produce regular progress reports in Power BI and PowerPoint on progress, schedule, risk, issues, costs and benefits.
- Participate in various portfolio-related activities to support the EPMO, including meetings, workshops, working with external stakeholders and general administration.
The post holder will have a culture of team working, continuous improvement and innovation, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
The Ideal Person
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience is defined as providing or supporting Programmes and Projects in a business environment. A business environment in this context includes areas such as Programme/Project Office, service delivery, communications, finance, quality management and risk management.
Remuneration
Β£29,970 pa, holiday pay, pension and discount benefits.
