About you

  • Previous experience in a HR Officer or HR administrative role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Desirable: CIPD Level 3 or higher (or working towards), experience in employee relations casework and HR data analysis

What you'll do

  • Manage all aspects of employee absence, including sickness and maternity/paternity processes, ensuring compliance and supporting employee welfare
  • Partner with management to handle employee relations cases, investigations, and grievance resolutions
  • Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Build strong relationships with managers and staff, supporting engagement initiatives and HR advice
  • Maintain accurate HR records and systems, supporting payroll processes and responding to queries
  • Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR practices
