About you:
- CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (desirable)
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or similar sectors
- Strong track record managing employee relations end-to-end
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and remote leadership
- Solid understanding of Irish employment law; UK law knowledge is a plus
- Skilled in coaching managers and building on-site HR capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Monaghan with flexibility to travel monthly to Blanchardstown
What you'll do:
- Lead local people plans aligning with wider HR strategy to support operational excellence
- Develop trusted relationships with site leaders across locations to ensure consistency and compliance
- Manage employee relations cases with confidentiality and professionalism
- Implement and communicate HR policies tailored to each site's needs
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities to foster a positive work environment
