The Role

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leadership teams to deliver strategic HR support across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organisational effectiveness, talent development, and change management initiatives. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business and operational objectives
  • Leading workforce planning and organisational design initiatives to support continued growth
  • Supporting leadership development and succession planning across key business areas
  • Building talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles
  • Driving employee engagement and organisational change initiatives
  • Managing complex employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with employment legislation

The Ideal Candidate

  • Chartered MCIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Degree qualified in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner level within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and complex employee relations management
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational development, change management, and workforce planning
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required
