Hotel General Manager VANRATH are delighted to be working EXCLUSIVELY with a well-established, historic boutique hotel on the North Coast of Northern Ireland to recruit an experienced and commercially minded Hotel General Manager. This is a rare opportunity to take full charge of a distinctive heritage property in a high-volume international tourism destination. Although boutique in size, the hotel has a busy food and beverage operation, retail, group dining, functions and additional revenue streams, so it needs a hands-on leader with strong commercial judgement. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the hotel, with the autonomy to make operational decisions within agreed budgets and policies. You will lead the management team, drive financial performance and make sure guests receive the highest standards of hospitality.
