VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in the appointment of a Facilities Helpdesk & Transport Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to join a busy facilities team supporting both helpdesk operations and transport coordination across site. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring maintenance requests, transport queries, compliance administration and day-to-day facilities support are managed efficiently and professionally.
The Role
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Facilities Helpdesk
- Logging, updating and tracking maintenance requests
- Acting as a point of contact for internal teams, contractors and service providers
- Coordinating transport helpdesk activities across site
- Monitoring vehicle allocation, servicing schedules and repairs
- Producing reports and tracking transport usage through internal systems
- Supporting compliance administration and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with contractor coordination and general administrative duties
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within an administration or helpdesk environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Confident liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal departments
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience working within facilities, transport or compliance administration would be advantageous
