Facilities Helpdesk & Transport Administrator - Holywood - £26,227.50 - Temp to Permanent - Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm - Fully Office Based

VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in the appointment of a Facilities Helpdesk & Transport Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to join a busy facilities team supporting both helpdesk operations and transport coordination across site.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring maintenance requests, transport queries, compliance administration and day-to-day facilities support are managed efficiently and professionally.

The Role
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Facilities Helpdesk
  • Logging, updating and tracking maintenance requests
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal teams, contractors and service providers
  • Coordinating transport helpdesk activities across site
  • Monitoring vehicle allocation, servicing schedules and repairs
  • Producing reports and tracking transport usage through internal systems
  • Supporting compliance administration and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with contractor coordination and general administrative duties
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience within an administration or helpdesk environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Confident liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal departments
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience working within facilities, transport or compliance administration would be advantageous
