VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Global Manufacturing Giant with the recruitment of a Senior HSE Advisor. This will be based in the Company's Office Ballymoney - Monday - Friday. Salary Negotiable + 10% Bonus & Growth Opportunities + other additional benefits from a fantastic company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance to local Health, Safety and Environmental legislation as well as company policies and requirements.
  • HSE Performance KPI reporting, environmental monitoring and measurement.
  • Leading HSE Steering meetings, Safety Committees.
  • Assistance in the Claims management process.
  • Review of HSE Risk Assessment, Policies and Procedures regularly.
  • Provide support on HSE and continuous improvement Projects.
  • Work with regulatory enforcement agencies, Insurance agencies, and occupational health providers.
  • Identify requirements and deliver for HSE Training.
  • Deliver HSE training as necessary.
  • Collaborate within the site and externally to ensure the safety of contractors and visitors.
  • Support HSE budget as necessary.

A NEBOSH General Certificate in Health & Safety or similar is required, along with knowledge of current Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation. A good working knowledge of Risk assessments, COSHH, RIDDOR and Display Screen Equipment is also necessary.
