About you
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in a management / leadership role
  • Strong understanding of NI & UK employment law (German desirable)
  • Chartered CIPD
  • Proven ability to manage complex HR projects and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
What you'll do
  • Lead and develop the HR function across the organisation to align with strategic business goals
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Drive performance management, staff development, and succession planning processes
  • Manage regional investigations, employee relations, and compliance with employment law
