VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful organisation for the appointment of a Group HR Manager role on a full-time, fixed term contract basis of 12 months. The Group HRM will report to the Group HR Director and oversee the day-to-day running of the HR function, supporting employees across North and South of Ireland.
You will be an experienced HR Generalist with a hands-on approach, able to interact strategically with the SMT and capable of leading a small HR team of three. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions including:
- Talent acquisition
- Employee engagement
- Performance management
- Training and development
- Compliance
You will play a critical role in implementing HR strategy, enhancing employee experience, and promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

The Person
- Degree in HRM or related subject and/or CIPD qualification
- Experience in a Management level role
- Experience in manufacturing/construction or related industry
