This is a role in the company\βs Belfast office. This is a Monday β Friday position β Flexibility can also be offered β later start or early finish.
Salary is Β£24,765 37.5 hours a week

We\βre looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Workplace Coordinator to join our team. You\βll play a central role in keeping our office running smoothly, ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors, and coordinating meetings and events from start to finish.
What You\βll Do
- Be the face of the office: greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, events, catering, AV setup, and hospitality with precision.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies, kitchens, and shared areas β neat, stocked, and ready.
- Respond to internal and external queries efficiently (via phone/email).
- Assist with printing, scanning, and general administrative support.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and caterers to deliver high-quality service.
- Occasionally support early morning or evening events (pre-agreed hours).
What You\βll Bring
- At least 12 months\β experience in a professional office environment (legal/professional services a plus).
- Confident using Outlook, Word, and AV tools.
- Smart, polished, and personable with a \βcan-do\β mindset.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
