Salary / Benefits

  • Salary £35,000 - £39,000 DOE
  • Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • 20 days holidays + statutory days
  • Pension 5% employer contribution + 3% employee contribution

About you

  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

What you'll do

  • Coordinate the movement of shipments across international trade lanes
  • Liaise with suppliers, shipping lines, hauliers and logistic partners to secure rates and service solutions
  • Manage customer accounts, provide quotations, and support operational activities
  • Track shipments from origin to destination ensuring high service standards
  • Handle invoicing, administrative duties, and resolve operational issues swiftly
