- Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm
- 20 days holidays + statutory days

About you
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping is desirable
- Ability to work independently and within a team
What you'll do
- Coordinate the movement of shipments across international trade lanes
- Liaise with suppliers, shipping lines, hauliers and logistic partners to secure rates and service solutions
- Manage customer accounts, provide quotations, and support operational activities
- Track shipments from origin to destination ensuring high service standards
- Handle invoicing, administrative duties, and resolve operational issues swiftly
