This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified or Part-Qualified accountant with strong commercial and analytical skills, who is keen to gain exposure to M&A activity within a fast-paced, global organisation.

About you
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or part-qualified/finalist with strong relevant experience
- Strong FP&A, management accounting, or commercial finance background
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel capability
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
- Some exposure to M&A, acquisitions, due diligence, business integration, or other corporate finance activity
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work confidently with large and complex datasets
- Experience with financial systems and/or BI tools; experience with a global ERP environment is desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
What you'll do
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans across the business
- Analyse monthly financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, opportunities, and variances
- Produce insightful management reporting and financial analysis for senior stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and commercial decision-making
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide financial analysis and support throughout M&A activity, including acquisition modelling, due diligence, and integration planning
- Assist with the financial integration of acquired businesses, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with group processes
- Support post-acquisition performance tracking and reporting, identifying synergies and areas for improvement
- Work closely with senior finance stakeholders on ad hoc strategic projects and business initiatives
- Contribute to the continued development and improvement of FP&A processes, reporting, and financial models
- Provide high-quality analysis and insight to support key investment and strategic decisions
