About you:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role within a manufacturing or similar environment
- Experience managing and developing a finance team, with strong leadership skills
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and IFRS awareness
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights
- Confident communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
What you'll do:
- Lead and develop a senior finance team of 5, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
- Oversee the month-end close process ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall business performance monitoring
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and growth opportunities
