About you:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role within a manufacturing or similar environment
  • Experience managing and developing a finance team, with strong leadership skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and IFRS awareness
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights
  • Confident communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels

What you'll do:

  • Lead and develop a senior finance team of 5, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
  • Oversee the month-end close process ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall business performance monitoring
