About you
- Chartered Public Finance Accountant (CPFA) qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in management accounting, financial planning, and governance within the public sector
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex financial frameworks
What you'll do
- Lead the preparation and review of management and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Oversee governance policies, audit processes, and financial controls across the organisation
- Provide strategic financial advice and collaborative support to senior leadership and business partners
- Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets aligned with organisational goals
