  • Manage and coordinate works orders received via the Education Authority portal "Manhattan"
  • Upload and allocate tasks within the "Mobile Work Manager" system
  • Oversee invoices and maintain accurate accounts
  • Track, report, and ensure KPI targets are met
  • Generate reports on work progress and performance
  • Liaise effectively with site operatives, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Keep work status updated daily and submit timely assessments to clients
  • Support the Contracts Manager with various contractual and administrative duties
