About You:
- Possess comprehensive experience working on all vehicle makes and models
- Must be NVQ Level 3 / VCQ Level 3 qualification
- Skilled in diagnosing vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technical equipment
- Comfortable working independently and in team settings
- Strong understanding of warranty procedures and parts requirements
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose complex vehicle problems efficiently using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources
- Perform routine servicing and repairs according to manufacturer and organisational standards
- Keep the service reception informed of progress and complete timely vehicle condition reports (VCRs)
- Identify warranty repair needs and execute repairs with proper authorisation
- Support team colleagues to ensure workshop targets and deadlines are met
