- Strong IT skills, including intermediate-level Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience using operating systems, ideally Sage Line 200
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident problem-solver with a proactive, strategic mindset

What you'll do
- Monitor component orders to ensure deliveries remain on track
- Communicate regularly with the sales team on availability versus demand
- Assess and track supplier acknowledgement and performance

- Support general administrative tasks within the purchasing function
